History

1955 - 2016

Transporting since 1955, F & A Serrano and Sons have been renowned within the transport industry for being a reliable friendly company offering a variety of transport services.  The family now in its 3rd generation are still to this day operating out of its western suburbs depot. Initially the company was solely a transport service, however, in the 1960s the family opened their first off shoot business Riviera Garden Supplies followed by Central Mix Concrete in the 70's and then Wastex Bin Hire in the 90s. In 2006 John and Vince opened a new transport division Contrans Logistics. A shipping container transport company offering storage and door to door services.
 

ABOUT RIVIERA
Riviera Garden Supplies first opened its gates in 1969. So you could say we have almost half a century worth of knowledge and experience in the game. The business was run and managed by the late Francesco Serrano (1926 - 1995). Franc passed on his knowledge and expertese to his two sons John and Vince who still to this day run and manage the garden depot just like they did all those years ago. Being one of the first ever garden supplies in Victoria you can guarantee that the quality of product and services are second to none.
